SUBSTITUTE CAFETERIA MONITORS

Fingerprinting will be necessary and is paid for by the applicant substitute. (Please note, the cost is the State Education Department processing fee.)

To become an approved Substitute Cafeteria Monitor, you will need to provide:

• Fingerprint clearance
• A completed application
• Three complete references
