    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent, or compensating experience
    • Ability to bend, stoop, turn, squat, and lift up to thirty (30) pounds
    • Good human relations and communication skills
    • Must successfully pass the Illinois Department of Public Health Food Handler Training within thirty (30) days of hire
    Compensation
    • The hourly wage for this position is determined based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Champaign Educational Support Professionals, which is available on our website. 100% of the employee's contribution to the IMRF pension system is currently paid by the Board of Education. The Board also pays 83% of the employee-only health insurance and 100% of vision and term life insurance.
    • This position has been designated as "hard to fill" by the District. In accordance with the CESP contract, any external candidate hired to fill this vacancy can bring in up to nine (9) years of prior experience for wage schedule credit (instead of the six allowed for other positions). Please contact Human Resources with questions about salary schedule placement.
