We are seeking School Principals

The Archdiocese of Boston is seeking faith-inspired, collaborative and innovative Principals to help lead our schools to serve PreK-8 students.

We are creating a pool of candidates in anticipation of openings for SY 22/23. If selected, the Catholic Schools Office will recommend you for elementary school principal openings as they occur.

The candidates we seek will be passionate servant leaders prepared to advance the mission of Catholic education by modeling authentically Catholic values in their personal and professional lives.

Unconventional candidates are encouraged to apply. While most successful candidates will have experience as teachers and/or as administrators, some candidates with unconventional backgrounds will be considered. A strong faith and commitment to Catholic Church teaching is required.
