Amplify is looking for a Business Systems Project Manager to organize and lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of technology projects by managing Product Owners across primary systems like NetSuite, Salesforce and CPQ. This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate projects across all of Amplify's systems and manage interdependencies across concurrent cross-functional initiatives to support the rest of the organization. This role will collaborate closely with Amplify leadership, product stakeholders and Business Systems' teams.

Amplify requires all staff to provide proof of vaccination for in-person meetings unless an approved exemption is provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Finance, Customer Support and Operations Product Owners in conjunction with associated Developers and with Business Systems leadership to actively manage and drive development work across systems
  • Serve as a liaison between the Product Owners and Developers to ensure that business needs are properly captured in development, while adhering to timeline and staffing expectations
  • Facilitate and support scrum events for working teams including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
  • Manage and resolve the various risks, action items, issues, and decisions that originate from multiple scrum teams; work closely with scrum masters to resolve immediate impediments for their respective teams
  • Help create overarching project schedules and manage interdependencies across teams
  • Ensure that POs & BAs convert their business requirements into items in the backlog (e.g, epics, user stories); and that these stories meet the "definition of ready" (i.e., they can be executed against by Agile delivery teams)


Basic Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in a Project Management Role
  • 3-5 years experience working with enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce)
  • Experience overseeing the implementation & integration of a variety of enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite)
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams within a large or complex project
  • Familiar with Agile development methodology and its core concepts


Preferred Requirements:
  • Very strong communication and planning skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable leading sessions with Business Unit Leaders and relevant stakeholders
  • Certified as a project manager by PMI or other similar organization
  • Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a team that applied Scrum principles, practices and theory
  • Agile SCRUM Master Certification
  • Experience with financial applications including Concur, Workday, Alavara, and Shopify
