preparation, packaging and distribution of school meals. Promote
positive attitude and teamwork in the lunchroom in order to provide a
pleasant experience for students.

Examples of Duties:
- Collect cash and report meals from students and adults including computer operation.
- Distribute food in proper portions.
- Clean tables, kitchen equipment and general food service area.
- Maintain student account records.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of day long ServSafe Program on food safety and sanitation procedures before probation is completed.
- Work requires walking, lifting, climbing, bending, reaching and kneeling.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Ability to ensure timely heating and serving of meals.
- Experience working cross-culturally and/or commitment to work toward
one's own cultural competence, i.e., valuing difference/diversity,
recognizing personal limitations in one's skills and expertise, and
having the desire to learn in these areas. - Six months of food service experience.
- Must have reliable means of transportation to work each day.
- Three months of cashiering, customer service, or related experience.
- Serve Safe Certification
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
