MEDIA COORDINATOR:

This is a regular 10-month contract with full benefits beginning the 2022-23 school year.

*By Board Policy 6210, a teacher must remain in his or her school for three school years.

Job Qualification

Candidates must hold or be eligible for NC School Media Specialist Certification. Five years teaching experience preferred with experience in the integration of technology in the instructional process. Knowledge or experience in the coaching process is also preferred.

This position will serve as the digital learning and library media program specialist. This position marries the roles of an Instructional Technology Facilitator and School Library Media Coordinator to produce a curriculum leadership role, whereby the position directly impacts student achievement through digital teaching and learning and media initiatives in the school building.
