    Qualifications
    • Ability to diagnose and repair hardware-related issues on a variety of platforms
    • Working knowledge of multiple operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android, ChromeOS)
    • Working knowledge of a variety of software applications and online storage & productivity tools
    • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocol
    • Excellent customer service, organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to travel between work locations efficiently
    Compensation
    • The hourly wage for this position is determined based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Champaign Educational Support Professionals, which is available on our website. Highly competitive benefits, including 100% Board-paid IMRF contributions and 100% Board-paid employee-only health, dental, vision, and term life insurance, are also offered.
