School Description:  Bethany School, the only K-8 Episcopal school in Ohio, is a small co-ed day school located in the northwestern suburban village of Glendale outside of Cincinnati, Ohio.  The school was founded in 1898 by the Community of the Transfiguration, a society of Episcopal women (“sisters”) and continues to serve the original mission of their ministry to this day. 

Position Description: This is a full-time position. This person works closely with and supervises the Business Office Support Staff in an efficient, confidential, and detail-oriented capacity. The various responsibilities include:

• Process check requests

• Order and receive text books and other ordered materials associated for the school 

• Assist with the processing of financial aid to families

• Field trip coordination (bus, bus licensure, checks, etc.)

• Point of contact for Human Resource Issues

• Issue student enrollment contracts

• Point of contact for payroll

• Payment of school bills

• Handling of all money associated with tuition, athletic program, extracurricular program, Extended Day program, lunch program

• Other duties not listed here, at the discretion of the Head of School
