Qualifications:

1. Have experience in teaching and working with children and adolescents
2. Hold NJ Teacher's certificate
3. Hold valid driver's license with no serious violations
4. Demonstrate knowledge of child growth development and effective instructional strategies
5. Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
6. Must have excellent organizational skills and work independently
7. Demonstrate the ability to listen well to adolescent needs and concerns
8. Bilingual Preferred
9. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, administrators and the community

Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
