Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with students, staff, and parents
- Provide a solution-orientated positive approach
- Interact with the children to support play, exploration, and learning
- Supervise lunch and recess for 3yo students
- Take attendance
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
Qualifications:
- Minimum of associates degree preferably in child development or early childhood education, or the equivalent
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with children
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Able to provide 3 references
- Pass a background check/fingerprint clearance
- Pass a physical examination with a negative TB test, COVID vaccination or weekly testing required
- Be able to lift 20 lbs., sit on the floor, crouch down to be eye level with children, etc.
- Current Mandated Reporter Training, CPR Training, VIRTUS, & other training certificates as required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

Students and faculty are wearing masks indoors. Masks are not required outside. Air filters and fans are in every classroom.
