Cook Manager - 31.25 hours/week - Mill Middle School

31.25 hrs/wk
Initial hours of assignment: 6 1/4 hours/day between 7:00am and 1:45pm. (includes an unpaid 1/2 hour lunch)
10 months per school year

Responsibilities:

• Follows State and Federal Child Nutrition regulations
• Orders food
• Supervises and assigns tasks for Food Service Helpers and Cook
• Reconciles daily depositis
• Assists with inventories
• Attends monthly manager meetings

Requirements:

• Required HACCP and Sanitation Knowledge
• Good Organizational skills
• Dependability
• Ability to work with parents, administrators and students
• Ability to list 30-45 lbs. cases
• Good math skills
• Ability to learn and understand Nutrikids software program
• Some food preparation experience preferred but not required
• Some leadership experience preferred
