Sign on Bonus:

CDA: $2,400

AA/ECE: $3,000

Academy Director: $3,000

BA/ECE: $4,500

BA/ECE with Certifications: $6,000

  • Bonus paid in three (3) equal installments of the total; 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year.
  • Full Time Positions only
  • Must start employment on or before 10/31/2021

Job Responsibilities.
  • Assistsinhighqualityprogrammingand educational focusandcareinassignedclassroom(s).
  • Maintains consistent supervisor of classroom children.
  • Encourages involvement with children.
  • Assists in providing a clean, safe, and caring classroom.
  • In conjunction withtheclassroomleadteacher ensures adequate supplies and resources remain available.
  • Supports Lead Teacher with planning, evaluating, and implementing educational programs.
  • Prepares environment with materials to comply with weekly plans.
  • Implements age-appropriate development and culture activities.
  • May assist with classroom progress reports.
  • Participates in response to intervention (RIT) process.
  • Identifies and supports children’s differences and needs; adjusts curriculum and/or environment as necessary.
  • Serves as back up to Lead Teacher role.
  • Monitors classroom management in size, ratio, attendance, mealtime, toileting, resting, classroom experience, schedules, and procedures.
  • Participates in classroom transition processes.
  • Abiding by and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Earns and maintains consistent customer satisfaction, maximizing enrollment potential and minimizing student withdrawals.
  • Follows all required business management practices.
  • Displays enthusiasm and a nurturing demeanor at all times.
  • Participates in team efforts to achieve company’s vision.
  • Involves parent into child readiness process including education, early intervention service, social service referral and health and nutrition.
  • Develop Pre-Kindergarten transition plans in collaboration with local schools, parents, and the community.
  • May participate in Summer Camp role or assist with events.
  • Any other duties as assigned by manager.

Education/Experience.

Child Development Associate Certification, or Associates in Early Childhood Education (“ECE”) or Associates in Elementary Education with twelve (12) ECE credits, or Associates in related filed with eighteen (18) ECE credits is qualifying. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have interpersonal/communication skills, creativity with problem solving skills, ability to effectively read/write English and basic understanding of technology and MS Office programs.
