- Promote a focused and fun atmosphere that inspires players to improve In Season Oversight and Responsibility
- Develop all practice plans and game plans
- Complete necessary program details with athletic department
Experience and Skills:

- Passion for middle school students and ability to communicate effectively with them
Professional Qualifications
- Previous basketball coaching experience
- Program leadership qualifications
- Knowledge of current high school coaching techniques and best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
