Job Description:

The Blake School seeks to hire a dynamic Grade 9-12 Mathematics Teacher, capable of teaching all levels of Upper School math for the 2022-23 school year. The ideal candidate will have an advanced knowledge of mathematics, strong collaboration skills and a demonstrated commitment to using learner-centered pedagogy, an inquiry-based curriculum and alternative assessments. Upper School faculty regularly engage with the broader community experience by advising students, chaperoning school events and participating in school meetings, committees and events. This is a 1.0 FTE, ongoing position.

The search committee will begin reviewing applications on Dec. 1 and welcomes applications after that date as well. Blake will cover the travel and lodging costs for finalist candidates visiting from out of town.
