Performs the full range of professional duties required to review, analyze, and evaluate the food service operations of current, new, and/or renovated elementary, middle, high, and secondary schools and centers; oversees one or more centralized special secondary programs; and/or administers and oversees USDA Child Nutrition Programs.

Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in institutional food service management, business administration, dietetics, or related field, plus five years of progressively more responsible experience in food or beverage institutional management. Education and experience in marketing and public relations preferred. Thorough knowledge of institutional food service procedures, practices, and equipment; thorough knowledge of FCPS service operations; ability to supervise school and centralized operations and to train and advise school-based managerial personnel; possession of computer and accounting skills; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
