The Restoration and Safety Coordinator provides day to day organization and implementation of the building level safety and restorative practices at DMPS High Schools. The Restoration and Safety Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring restorative practices are infused in the school community, safety and security are maintained and improved, and all community members have foundational learning on restorative practices.

Temporary Position,
Dates: Start and end dates are depending upon candidate availability.
Salary: This position offers a pro-rated salary $48,963 (Benefits are NOT included with this position).

This position provides project management and administrative support with minimal supervision and applies a high level of personal discretion when dealing with confidential matters. It serves as a liaison between department leadership and supervisors and employees to ensure accurate and timely communication of District information while monitoring on-going projects and answering general questions.

This Human Resources Executive Assistant position is an 8 hour/day position.

Hiring Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field
or
Minimum 4 years' experience working with youth in a teaching, counseling, or youth advocate role

Position is a 195 (pro-rated) day position / 8 hours a day.
