Title I Math/Reading at Loess Hills Computer Programming Elementary School
Job Summary:
Works with small groups and individual students to provide additional support in flexible literacy groups and math interventions.
Qualifications:
- Iowa teaching license
- K - 6 Teacher Elementary Classroom Endorsement Required
- K - 8 Reading Endorsement
- Strong knowledge of research based reading and math strategies
- Proven ability to work with diverse population
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Solid understanding of MTSS and FAST data system
- Past experience working with Interventions
- Ability to work collaboratively with grade-level teams
- Proficiency with technology resources (software & hardware)
- Professional Development leadership preferred
- Willingness to take a leadership role in promoting an effective school-wide reading and math program
Employee must be able to sit, stoop, bend, and walk as needed on a daily basis. While performing duties within this job, employee may be exposed to indoor and outdoor conditions. The noise level in this work environment ranges from mild to loud.
