  • JOB TITLE: STUDENT DATA FACILITATOR

    JOB GOAL: Setup, maintain, support, and provide training for student information systems databases as it relates to the completion of federal and state student data submissions.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School Diploma Required
    • Associates Degree Preferred
    • Integration of Technology Services Experience Preferred
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Applications
    • Ability to work independently
    • Strong understanding of best practices in data
    • Ability to troubleshoot problems/issues
    • Ability to work with employees and provide training on school district technology tools
    • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
    TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 12MONTH: Vacation Days: per policy GDD General Leave Days: per policy GDCA
    COMPENSATION: $20.15 - $23.95
    REPORTS TO: Director of Technology
    EVALUATION: Per District Policy
    HOURS: 40 hours per week
    CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

    1. Facilitate professional development to ensure end-user proficiency
    2. Train registrars and attendance clerks on best practices for enrollment, withdrawal. data management and attendance
    3. Support all district departments in integration services for source systems central to that department's core functionality
    4. Ensure proper integration between student information system and AzEDs
    5. Analyze state reports in AzEDs to ensure integrity
    6. Monitor SIS Integration for the following: Concurrencies, Integrity checks/failures, ADM, Subgroup Data including ADM B-Weights, and Dropout Tracker
    7. Collaborate with the ADE to configure all school-level calendars,
    8. Monitor all communications from AzEDs and ETC and communicate with the appropriate supervisor
    9. Properly record tuition out ESS students in AzEDs
    10. Collaborate with ESS Department on October 1st Data Report
    11. Serve as a liaison between 3rd Party technology service providers and district departments
    12. Manage the submission process for Office of Civil Rights Data Collection
    13. All other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or designee
