- Basic Knowledge of Project ManagementMust be able to set goals for Planning & Scheduling aspect of the department.Monitor budget and timelines for maintenance projects with the ability to identify risks to reduce project delays.Extensive knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) with specific knowledge in planning and scheduling.Ability in departmental development of long-term goals in planning maintenance projects for the District.
