SUMMARY: The goal of the Behavior Support Team is to ensure equal access to core curriculum for all students. The Behavior Support Team (BST) Paraprofessional will support the growth of capacity in each school to meet the social, emotional, and behavioral health needs of students by supporting the work of the BST Teachers and school staff. The team's work will be based in research-based and trauma-informed strategies, including the Positive Behavior Interventions and Support model. The BST Paraprofessional will support the development of and assist school staff to implement inclusive, targeted behavioral interventions, and integrate social emotional instruction.

Starting rate of pay is $15.60 per hour plus benefits. Range 8 ($15.60 - $20.43) - Classified Salary Schedule
