Adlai E. Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a Director's Assistant for Information Services for the 2021-2022 school year.

Description:
The Director's Assistant for Information Services is a full-time, Support-Staff, 12-month position. The primary goal of this role is to support the Information Services Director in his/her day-to-day work. The Assistant will prepare written communication on behalf of the Director (could include, but is not limited to: memos, minutes, evaluations, reports, faculty schedules, etc.). Prepare and maintains records and reports as necessary (could include, but is not limited to: budgets, Pcard reconciliation sheets, timesheets, staff attendance, form submission, field trips, final exams, travel forms, reimbursement paperwork, etc.). Assist in the management and operation of the assessment process (i.e. Mastery Manager). Serve as a contact person for substitutes in the Division. Assist in managing incoming and outgoing communications from the Division, including mail distribution, telephone calls, and greeting visitors. Coordinate the Director's calendar and schedules facilities for division meetings. Order and manage supplies (could include, but is not limited to: office supplies, books/workbooks, presentation/professional development materials, refreshments, etc.). Act as liaison between SMARTdesk, Tech Trainers and Information Services. Oversee returns for Information Services, and coordinate Information Services lunch and learns, as needed.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
Relevant work experience.
Strong communication, organizational and record keeping skills.
Professional discretion and able to maintain confidentiality
Collaborative contributor to a high-functioning team.
Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Knowledge of computer hardware & software (word processing, spreadsheets, electronic calendars, electronic mail, etc.)
Ability to work effectively with various software platforms (Google Suite, Haiku, Infinite Campus, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
