Associated degree in Early Childhood or at least 6 hours of classes in Early Childhood (Or the requirements for a TA in WCPS that is not an Associate Degree). Required to take CPR, First Aid, on-line maltreatment course within 30 days of employment. 9 on-line health and safety trainings within 1 year of hire, recommended NC Foundations training on-line, Teaching Strategies Gold on-line trainings throughout the year.
