Description of Service Opportunity:
Support the Lesley courses being delivered in CPS facilities by providing or supporting the following;
Wi-Fi access for the instructor and all students
Audiovisual equipment including projectors and sound
Meeting with the instructor at the site prior to the beginning of each course in order to review the internet access, passwords for any system lockout programs, and current needs of the class,
Confirming that all equipment is in proper working order prior to the course.
Assisting Students in the installation of software required for course, if needed.
Being on call during the class should hardware and software malfunction.

Mimimum Requirement/Job Qualifications:
Skills;
Familiar with CPS classroom technologies
Ability to troubleshoot classroom technology issues
Experience supporting Chromebooks, PC laptops and Apple Laptops
Familiar with Google Workspace
Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues in CPS
Knowledge of CPS credentials and authentication systems in order to support both teachers and students
Willingness to to work weekends

Contract Dates:
November 13, 2021 through no later than December 31, 2022 (one weekend per month)

Contract Amount
$40.00 per hour, Not toexceed $9,000.00
