Career Counselor-Pathways, SSPs; Stipend Amount: $3,000. This position may be filled only by TPS teachers. The stipend is pensionable and does affect TRB if the position-holder's certification and teaching assignment agree with the position's area of concentration.
Performance Responsibilities include: Provide the leadership for the implementation of a comprehensive school-based counseling program designed to support instruction and student achievement. Responsible for the coordination, and management of the school counseling program as well as the school counselor responsibilities.
