Head Softball Coach

Qualifications:
  • Softballcoaching experience at the high school levelExperience is all aspects of coaching softballThe skills to develop a positive rapport with students/athletes, parents and other coachesHigh ethical and professional standardsThe ability to motivate student/athletes and coachesFundamentals of Coaching, Concussion, and Steroid training and Current First Aid Certified...can be completed upon hiringOregon Teaching License (preferred)Required to provide proof of COVID vaccination

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of the high school programWork with and help give direction to all programs that feed into the high schoolAssist in selection of the coaching staffPromote the sportKeep detailed statisticsFollow all school and OSAA guidelinesProvide off-season opportunities enabling athletes to improve skillsBe a student of the sport
