- You demonstrate the ability to provide instruction to individual and small groups of English language learnersYou demonstrate the ability to adjust lesson plans and strategies to best fit students' unique needs and interestsYou have one (1) year of teaching experience in high school level academicsYou are bilingual ability in English and Spanish

- Create and maintain positive relationships that lead to active student participation and attention to each students' learning styleAdapt teaching styles to accommodate students abilities and needsSupport students across all content areasTrack student attendance and progressCommunicate with the Academic Program Manager on student progress and needs
