The Salinas Union High School District is one of the largest high school districts in Northern California.  We currently serve 16,000 students in grades 7 to 12 at our twelve school sites and another 2,000 adult students at our adult education center.  The SUHSD boasts rigorous academic programs geared at preparing all students to graduate with the skills necessary to be successful in our ever-changing society.

As we start the 2021-2022 school year we are excited for new beginnings and a return to in-person learning for all of our students.  Although the COVID-19 pandemic is not over, we are optimistic that we can have a great school yera for academic and social-emotional growth.  We will continue to monitor requirements and recommendations to keep students, staff, and the community safe.  We are confident that every student will have opportunities to be successful in our schools.
