JOB SUMMARY: This position provides oversight of the planning, operation, and management of Information Security for the school division's network infrastructure, data, and student information systems. Assists the Director in strategic planning of Information Technology initiatives, including enhancement of current infrastructure, integration of systems, risk exposure and mitigation, and regulatory compliance. Provide leadership to ITS staff. Develop, maintain, and enforce responsible use/security policies, programs, standards, and procedures to ensure integrity, confidentiality, and availability of student data, information systems and network infrastructure assets.
