Amplify Commercial Operations is looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to play a meaningful role in helping its Marketing, Sales, and Product teams scale sampling efforts to meet the company's rapid expansion. The Operations Specialist will directly collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Business Operations, and external vendors.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all sampling requests (national, campaign-specific, and adoption review), maintain Bill of Materials across sample product areas, transfer files to vendors, and document sources of truth for business operations teams, including demand planning and manufacturing
  • Liaise with internal key partners (Marketing and Sales) and vendors to drive preparedness plans for sample availability
  • Advise partners to any fulfillment blockers. Present strategic and practical recommendations whenever blockers are identified
  • Establish checkpoints with vendors to communicate sample project updates and progress towards campaign and adoption goals
  • Update and maintain sampling metadata and records across business systems for consistency to enable accurate reporting
  • Use project tracking tools and processes for consistency and efficiency of all sampling needs.
  • Present information clearly and effectively during both internal and customer-facing meetings.
  • Support Amplify's diversity, equity, and inclusion goals for its employees and products.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to successfully coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Experience auditing and using data to support project and/or product analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and GSuite


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the field of education technology
  • PMP certification
  • A background in marketing
  • Experience with project management tools (Smartsheets, Trello)
