Essential Functions and Objectives:

T he School Enrollment Analyst supports enrollment operations through the enhancement and or implementation of enrollment technology products. Collaborates with other departments and subject matter experts to ensure that products are designed and implemented successfully. Daily functions include: preparing product documentation, providing customer support and training, assists with system testing through data validation, data entry, data mining and analysis.

- Work with Enrollment Services leadership to support product vision from development to training and support.

- Support Enrollment Services systems to include, but not limited to Online Registration, SchoolChoice enrollment system and algorithm and other, Administrative Systems.

- Elicit/detect and translate critical needs of stakeholders into meaningful business requirements; quantifying and documenting business process optimization opportunities and overall value.

- Manipulates large data sets using intermediate MS Excel skills.

- Completes data entry with attention to detail and hard deadlines throughout the enrollment cycle.

- Provides support for user inquiries and facilitates product training as needed.

- Monitors and solicits customer feedback.

- Prepare product documentation and communication materials as needed.

- Assist with development and submission of requests for product enhancements.

- Assist in interface testing for system functionality through data validation.

- Uses SQL scripts to effectively extract key data sets from large data bases. (select statements, conditional searches, functions, joins).

- Assist with development and implementation of reports for internal systems and external requests.

- Participates in ongoing process improvement projects.

- Complete data mining and analysis to provide recommendations to the leadership team. Perform other related duties, including special projects, as assigned.

K nowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:

- Experience within education and/or technical industry (preferred).

- Experience working closely with key stakeholders and SMEs across enterprise-wide (i.e., IT, school staff, academics, finance, HR, payroll, budget) on key strategic and tactical initiatives.

- One (1) to three (3) years' experience in effectively training and supporting product end users preferred.

- Valid Colorado Driver's License, appropriate insurance coverage and acceptable driving record for the past three years.

- Experience managing large datasets.

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Google Sheets).

- Self-starter who takes initiative and continually seeks best practice solutions.

- Strong interpersonal, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, detail oriented individuals with strong organizational skills.

- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with a wide range of individuals with varying degrees of technical knowledge and expertise.

- Experience with Google Suite, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, WordPress, Vizio.

- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (preferred).

- Functional understanding of school district student data systems (desired).

E ducation Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree is required.
