- Provide secretarial support to the Director of Secondary Education and to other members of the Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment OfficeResponsibilities related to state assessments including accommodations and managing testing calendar/timelineSupport ESOL Coordinator in maintaining status of ESOL students in PowerSchool including registration, ESOL entry and exit datesSupport Summer School programsPrepare and process memos, letters, documents, reports & etc.
- Prior secretarial experience requiredProficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPointKnowledge of Power School and Final Site preferredAbility to perform responsibly, interact with employees and public in a self-reliant, courteous, and professional mannerExcellent organizational, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
