- Bonus paid in three (3) equal installments of the total; 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
EHS Teacher Requirements -
- Infant/Toddler CDA or AA/BA with 9 Infant/Toddler credits
EHS Lead Teacher Requirements -
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education; AA in a related field with 18 ECE creduts; AA in Elementary Ed and 12 ECE credits OR
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (child development, special education, or human service field) with 30 ECE credits.
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with 18 ECE credits.
