REQUIREMENTS:
- Illinois Professional Educator License with (SCG3) Early Childhood Education (Self Contained General Education) endorsement
- Knowledge and understanding of child development
- Knowledge and experience with diagnostic screen protocols and authentic, on going assessment
- Ability to handle students with multiple disabilities
- Comfortable providing parent support and training
- Ability to supervise paraprofessionals
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams, colleagues and supervisors including various related service providers
PREFERRED:
- Experience working with young children from diverse cultural/linguistic backgrounds
- Bilingual Spanish or Coursework towards a Bilingual or ESL endorsement
