St. Alphonsus Liguori School in Prospect Heights l is seeking a caring and dedicated after school assistant in our Extended Care Program. Hours are 2:00pm until 6:00pm daily when school is in session.

The assistant will organize, facilitate, and monitor the activities of the children enrolled in our EDC program. The assistant will also assure student understanding of program rules and procedures. The aides will assist in resolving student disputes; refer serious discipline problems to the lead teacher or the school office

Qualifications:
Graduation from high school, or equivalent, and experience from volunteering or working with and monitoring school-aged children in an organized work setting.Any other combination of training and experience that could likely provide the required knowledge and abilities will be considered.

Catholic preferred and must provide documentation of all requirements of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
