- You have experience using online platforms such as Google Suite and ZoomYou have experience communicating using social media platforms such as WhatsappYou demonstrate the ability to provide instruction to individual and small groups of English language learnersYou demonstrate the ability to adjust lesson plans and strategies to best fit students' unique needs and interestsYou have one (1) year of teaching, preferably to non-traditional students and/or young adultsYou are bilingual ability in English and Spanish (preferred)

- Communicate directly with students to concerning class meeting times, homework assignments, assessment directions and any other class related informationCreate and maintain a positive online learning environment that includes active student participation and attention to each students' learning styleAdapt teaching styles to accommodate students abilities, needs and interestsFollow the prescribed curriculum both diligently and creativelyTrack student attendance and progress
