Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diplomaMust be able to work from 1:30 pm until the last child in afterschool leavesPossess excellent communication, supervisory, administrative, and fiscal management skills.At least six months experience working with youth in a classroom, after school, or recreation environment.Basic Microsoft Office experience preferredMaintain a weekly control system which includes monitoring of billing and payments
- Direct the daily operations of the program in support of policies and proceduresMotivate, train, develop and oversee all on-site staffOrganize, evaluate, and oversee the school site to create a fun and engaging learning environmentFoster relationships by creating open and ongoing communication with parents and school administrationProvide a caring family-oriented environment where positive child/adult relationships are developedProvide guidance and feedback to help team members strengthen knowledge and skills to accomplish individual and team goalsFlexible and demonstrates a passion to work with children in a learning environmentAbility to communicate in a professional manner with children, parents, staff, and other managementWell-organized, thorough, and highly reliable/dependableAbility to remain calm and maintain a high-level of professionalism and personal and work ethics/integrity at all times.
