    Qualifications
    • Paraprofessional (TA) license or ability to obtain license, 60 college credit hours preferred
    • Ability to work cooperatively with staff, students, and parents
    • Possess good human relations and communications skills
    • Willing to work with families in the community
    • Valid Illinois Drivers License
    • Experience and knowledge of working with local human service agencies, school settings and court system
    Compensation
    • The hourly wage for this position is determined based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Champaign Educational Support Professionals, which is available on our website. Highly competitive benefits, including 100% Board-paid IMRF contributions and 100% Board-paid employee-only health, dental, vision, and term life insurance, are also offered.
