Qualifications:
Postgraduate Professional License with endorsements in early childhood education with administration and supervision preK-12 endorsement preferred plus six years of progressively more responsible teaching, supervisory, or administrative experience in the education field of early childhood programs or equivalent education and experience. .Thorough knowledge of methods, materials, practices, procedures, and programs of the education field to which assigned; knowledge of related laws, regulations, and policies; ability to plan, manage, and supervise programs and personnel; ability to plan and conduct in-service and staff development activities; excellent human relations and supervisory skills; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
