The Lake Shore Central School District is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Reading Teacher
Reports to: Building Principals
Certification: NYS Reading Certification (Reading Teacher, Literacy Birth-Grade 6, Literacy Grades 5-12)
Salary: Per the LSCTA Contract

Additional Job Information : The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to diagnose and remediate reading difficulties in grades 6-8. The teacher employed in this position will provide direct instruction, prepare class materials, evaluate student progress, communicate with parents and other district employees, write and direct learning activities, and provide other supervision and instructional services normally associated with the position of teacher. AIS Reading/Math instruction is included in this assignment.
