EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

•Assists in establishing and maintaining an effective and efficient custodial service and preventative maintenance system.

•Maintain a high degree of self-motivation and self-direction; express a positive and cooperative attitude and work ethic.

•Assists in properly maintaining equipment and supply inventory.

•Provide building and grounds security as assigned.

•Perform custodial/housekeeping services, repairs, and building & grounds maintenance.

•Properly complete daily and scheduled records and reports.

•Properly operate and perform scheduled operation of the buildings service system; including HVAC, water, electrical, and communications systems.

•Actively contribute in reducing energy consumption per energy conservation program.

•Complete other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.

•Regular attendance is a condition of employment.
