Job Description
Contingent upon funding
In this role the coordinator will manage the CCW's hire to assist with COVID screening at schools, manage data entry regarding results. The coordinator will also assist with contact tracing of positive cases and implement a tracking system of all documents. Collaborate with the Director of Health, school principals, Network leaders and DOH as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Director of Nursing and school teams for the purpose of ensuring screening is taken place weeklyMaintain and update schedule of teams performing screenings at schools and collaborate with principals if changes neededProvide direct support to the team in schools conducting screening and contact tracingBe able to assist with screenings at school in event more staff is neededMaintain a variety of documents pertaining to data collected at schoolsProvide a variety of written materials for the purpose of convening information to interested partiesMaintain and monitor reports of COVID cases in all schoolsBe able to maintain confidentiality pertaining to the work being doneParticipate in meetings in-house and with RIDE/DOHPlan professional development for staffMake recommendations for improvement in the implementation of COVID screening and contact tracings if neededAssume other responsibilities at the direction of Director of Nursing
Salary Rate Range
$57,939 - $68,816
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution.
