The New Milford ( Connecticut ) Public Schools has an immediate opening for part time clerical assistance in the Human Resources Office. This part time position is for up to 19 hours a week with no benefits. Human Resources experience preferred. Hourly rate depends on experience.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent;Strong clerical skills including, but not limited to, experience with data base applications;Computer proficiency with word, excel, google email, google documents, ability to create slides and presentations;Exceptional detail and organizational skills;Demonstrates high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform clerical duties to include photocopying, filing, scanning, shredding, etc.Answer and direct telephone inquiries;Assist with file audits to assure compliance;Help create internal process and procedure documents and,Perform other related duties as assigned.
