Join National Heritage Academies (NHA) as a Talent Acquisition Consultant - Sourcing. This position will report directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Work Force Planning Manager and will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent in the hiring of exempt and non-exempt positions. This role will have the opportunity to impact schools directly as they are responsible for explaining our organization and company culture, building great relationships and providing strong customer service to all our clients, both internal and external.

Your Role

  • Sources for open teacher positions and potential openings.
  • Build networks and pipelines of teacher candidates for prospective openings.
  • Attend teacher networking events, career fairs, and other educational events in order to build a teacher candidate pool.
  • Utilizes a wide range of sourcing tools (Indeed, Linked-in, Facebook, NHA specific CRM, and more) to find teacher candidates.
  • Sells prospective candidates on NHA and the benefits of taking a job with NHA.
  • Works closely with School Talent Acquisition Consultants to submit teacher candidates to schools.
  • Travel (15%) consists of attending school visits, networking, professional development, and university-level career events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and promote NHA as an employer of choice through career events, seminars, and day-to-day communications.
  • Adjust work availability during peak seasons to ~55 hours per week including nights and weekends as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, math / science, human resources, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Preferred experience with sourcing/recruiting and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to build consultative relationships with candidates and teammates.
  • Exhibit high energy, enthusiasm and emotional intelligence.
  • Must have tenacity, resilience, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to manage confidential information and professionalism at all times.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and time management.
  • Ability to balance and delegate competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
