Staff Needed: One (1) Instructional Aide Special Education/BD

Qualifications:

1. Have experience working with students with behavioral disabilities in elementary grade
2. Minimum of sixty (60) college credits from an accredited college or university
3. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth development and effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis and research related to learning
4. Exhibit a personality that demonstrates excellent interpersonal skill to relate well with student, staff, administration, parents and the community
5. Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
6. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, administrators and the community
