The New Milford (Connecticut) Public Schools has several part time opening for an elementary (K-2) special education paraeducator. This position is for 3 1/2 hours per day, five days a week.
Application Procedure: Candidates must supply 2 current, dated and signed (no earlier than 2018) letters of reference, resume and transcripts (if applicable). All materials must be uploaded to online application.
Description: This position provides individualized and/or small group classroom support depending on students' needs as determined by administrator. Will include behavioral, PMT (Physical Management Training), ADL's (Adaptive Daily Living Skills) educational and personal need supports.
Qualifications: Must hold minimum of 60 hours of college credit or take and pass Para Pro Assessment
Salary: Salary is per Paraeducators' contract.
