Brief Description The Program Manager assists with the coordination of the Division of Teaching and Learning, including all content offices program areas. The Program Manager also assists and supports the programmatic responsibilities of communication, meeting structures, resources coordination, and professional learning within the Department of Instruction.
Detailed Description The following information is intended to describe the overall nature and scope of the work being performed in relation to the position. This is not a comprehensive listing of all responsibilities or tasks; other work may be assigned when deemed appropriate:
* Coordinates, and supports the communication efforts of the Division of Teaching and Learning, aligns the use of the learning management system, website, and intranet including adding, removing, and updating resources in the system;
* Participates in arranging events, conferences, meetings, and other activities; assembles information, prepares informational materials, maintains agendas, coordinate content locates and organizes for necessary space and services; maintains related expense and activity files and records;
* Supports the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning with the coordination of the program area, to include ongoing work projects, policy development, preparation for division committee or board meetings, and other necessary administrative or clerical tasks;
* Produces complex documents (lengthy, containing graphics, tabular material, indexed) such as curriculum guides, formatting documents according to established guides or as determined appropriate; corrects grammar and spelling; prints documents and arranges for mailing or distribution as necessary; maintains logs, appointment schedules, calendars, bulletin boards, reference files/materials, and other office records.

Job Requirements * Bachelors' degree preferred with completion of additional specialized training in the use of database, spreadsheet, and word processing software; understanding system processes
* Two years of experience in system management
* Ability to perform work quickly and efficiently; to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively; to communicate effectively; to work cooperatively with others
* Excellent organization, written and oral communication, and human relations skills
* Ability to work in a team environment

Additional Details Administrator/Professional Salary Scale , Universal Level 14
