JOB SUMMARY: This position is supervisory work in the food service management of a school cafeteria or cafeterias with a total of two full-service lines. This position directs all cafeteria operations, including food preparation and serving, and cleaning activities; training; record keeping; and purchasing food and supplies. This position requires directing and coordinating the work effort of cafeteria workers through subordinate lead workers. This position performs work with latitude for independent judgment and action. This position receives direction and guidance from the Supervisor of Food Services and the building principal.
