Staff Needed: One (1) Behavior Analyst
Qualifications:
- Show evidence of successful behavior analyst experience and experience working with High School students or students in an 18-21 transition program
- Hold valid New Jersey Certificate of Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities, School Psychologist or School Social Worker WITH acceptable graduate degree from an accredited university, completion of acceptable graduate coursework in behavior analysis, and a defined period of supervised practical experience to apply for the BCBA exam OR Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D)certification in good standing, through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Consideration may also be given to candidates holding Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing, through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Minimum of five years working in an effective and accredited, behaviorally-oriented program for individuals with autism or emotional and behavior disorders
- Verifiable background/experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or Verbal Behavior
- Demonstrate effective problem solving, communications, organization, planning, record keeping and human relations skills
- Demonstrates ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents, administrators and others.
- Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
- Demonstrate effective organizational skills
- Effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing with students, staff, administration, and the community
