Staff Needed: One (1) SEL Data Strategist

Qualifications:

1. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
2. Additional training in the role of improving school climate and culture, SEL, data collection, data analysis, and data reporting preferred
3. Be able to effectively use technology including, but not limited to technology for scanning, test scoring, surveying, graphing, presentation of data, database programs, and statistical packages
4. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the components for a comprehensive SEL program, child growth and development, behavioral and mental health, substance use, and the resources available in the school and community
5. Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and sensitive interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff administration, parents, and the community
6. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary.
7. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, and the community

Salary: As per negotiated contract
