  • Coordinate library/R.E.A.D. Lab facility renovations for all Project R.E.A.D. campuses.
  • Coordinate technology purchasing, installation, and training for all Project R.E.A.D. campuses.
  • Coordinate furniture purchasing, delivery, and installation for all Project R.E.A.D. campuses.
  • Coordinate and manage implementation of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) inventory system at all Project R.E.A.D. sites.
  • Design, develop, and deliver presentations regarding district procedures and instructions pertaining to Project R.E.A.D. technology implementation including, but not limited to: RFID inventory systems, digital display usage, etc.
  • Manage inventory system for all equipment associated with assigned projects including, but not limited to: Project R.E.A.D.
  • Coordinate with construction project managers at assigned Project R.E.A.D. campuses to ensure alignment with bond funded technology projects.
  • Collaborate closely with district Bond/Construction, Maintenance, Information Technology, Operations, Procurement, and Accounts Payable departments on all assigned work associated with Project R.E.A.D.
  • Communicate with district stakeholders regarding assigned initiatives and events.
  • Assist teachers, librarians, and R.E.A.D. Leads through technical support and use of computers/devices.
  • Maintain effective collaborations with other district departments and non-district partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records and develop reports as required.
  • Assist with the budget preparation, maintain budget status to meet department guidelines and goals.
  • Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
  • All federally funded incumbents of this position must comply with time and effort reporting requirements through personnel activity reports or periodic certification, as appropriate.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (USA equivalent) in a directly related field, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Five years experience in a directly related field; central office support experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated administrative ability to manage resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to support technology use and installation.
  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage complex projects and meet established deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse staff and community.
  • Organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required to achieve the goals of the position.
  • Demonstrated strength with problem solving and organizational skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Must have own transportation.
